Hotel Bhasmaarti is committed to maintaining a fair, transparent, and guest-friendly refund and cancellation policy. We understand that travel plans can change unexpectedly, and we aim to accommodate our guests in the most reasonable manner possible. Please read this policy carefully before completing your booking.

1. Booking Confirmation

A booking at Hotel Bhasmaarti is considered confirmed only after the payment has been received and a booking confirmation has been sent to the guest via phone call, WhatsApp message, or email by our hotel staff. Inquiries or form submissions without payment do not constitute a confirmed reservation.

2. Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 7 or more days before check-in date:
  • Full refund of the amount paid, minus applicable payment gateway charges.
  • Refund will be processed within 5 to 7 working days from the date of cancellation confirmation.
Cancellation between 3 to 6 days before check-in date:
  • 50% refund of the total booking amount will be provided.
  • Refund will be processed within 7 working days.
Cancellation within 48 hours of check-in date:
  • No refund will be applicable.
  • The full booking amount will be retained by Hotel Bhasmaarti.
No-Show Policy:
  • If a guest does not arrive on the confirmed check-in date without prior notification, it will be treated as a no-show.
  • No refund will be applicable for no-show bookings.

3. Special Packages

Bookings made under special packages such as the Mahakal Darshan Special Package, VIP Darshan and City Tour Package, Family Room Special Price, and Early Bird Discount have specific cancellation terms that are communicated clearly at the time of booking. Guests are advised to confirm the applicable cancellation terms before booking any special package.

4. How to Request a Cancellation

To cancel a confirmed booking, guests may contact Hotel Bhasmaarti through any of the following methods:

  • WhatsApp: Send a cancellation request to 7773877710 with your booking details
  • Email: Write to hotelbhasmaarti@gmail.com with your full name, check-in date, room type, and reason for cancellation

Please include your full name, check-in date, booking reference (if available), and room type in your cancellation request for faster processing.

5. Refund Process

All approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method used at the time of booking. Hotel Bhasmaarti is not responsible for any delays caused by the payment gateway, bank, or financial institution. Typical refund processing time is 5 to 10 working days after the cancellation is officially confirmed by our team.

6. Booking Date Changes

Guests may request a change to their booking dates subject to room availability at Hotel Bhasmaarti. Date change requests made 3 or more days before the original check-in date will be accommodated at no additional charge, subject to availability. Date change requests made within 48 hours of the original check-in date will be treated as a cancellation, and the standard cancellation policy will apply.
